Anyone with a F10 535i X drive running 437M wheels with 255/40-19

I bought a set of OEM 437M wheels for my 2011 535i XDrive M Sport. I was planning to use 245/40-19s on the front and 275/35-19 on the rear. The 285/35-19 is .3" taller than the 275 and .1" taller than the 245/40-19. All within way less than 1% difference in diameter.
I just realized the stock wheel is 8.5" wide and the front 437M wheels is 9". Now I am concerned that the tire meant for my old wheels will look stretched. I absolutely hate that look and there is nothing there to protect the wheel should you get too close to a curb.
I am now considering using a 255/40-19 to compensate for the wider wheel but I am concerned that it might rub. Is anyone using the 437M 9 X 19 with the 255/40-19 on the front of a F10? The 255/40-19 is .1 taller than the 285/35-19.
I have used the stock M5 166 wheel before with no trouble but the offset is different. The 166 wheel is 8.5" wide with an offset of 12, whereas the 437M is 9" with 29 offset which should give me more inside clearance. With the 166 wheel a 245/40 is as wide as you can go without rubbing.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Ed

255/40/19 on that front wheel won't rub. I use 255/35/20 with ET26 and same width wheel.

CanadianTSI, Why do your wheels look so much brighter than mine? I just returned from having my M3 437M wheels installed with new tires on my F10. Man! What a difference in ride. My 2011 F10 535i X Drive came stock with 245/40-19 tires. I was going to install 245/40-19 back on the front but noticed they were slightly stretched on the stock 8.5" wheel and was worried that they would really be stretched on the 437M 9" wheel. I hate the stretched look.
I decided to go with Continental DWS06 Plus (Non-Runflat) 285/35-19 rear and 255/40-19 fronts, .1" difference in height. I was sweating it thinking the 255s might rub but they don't. Below are the pictures. The car has not been lowered nor will it ever be as long as I own it.
