I have a 2013 535i sport model with over 100000 miles. I have replace the Accessory pulley 3 times 2 times in the last 6 month. I am still getting a rattling sound at start-up at idle. It sounds like its loose and hitting something. When I installed it I torqued it to the spec. Its not loose and I don't see anything that it could be hitting. It doesn't do it every time. Just wondering if anyone have or had the same issue.
