I have one of these that I bought 2 years ago; still in good shape. I'm planning on grabbing another now that they're on sale.

@peter91118 - No leaks with the HF jack? I've heard they tend to have issues. I was looking at this one:

Had the same one but was told 1.5 ton is not safe For our car's so I'm looking for a 3 ton Jack.

No leaks and 1.5 tons should be plenty as I'm only lifting half the car at a time. I also bought a set of these and will be picking up another as I'm and just as pleased with them!

I have the same one, I think I got it for $50-$60 during black friday 2-3 years ago. It's still running strong and does the job for wheels swaps. I would get this jack again! It's low too so that's helpful if your car is lowered.

I know many will talk smack about Craftsman, but my wife bought me a Craftsman aluminum 2 ton that lasted 9 years and being packed up and shipped halfway around the world, twice. It finally crapped out after our last move, so I bought another. Nine years of fairly regular use at trackdays and auto-x, plus the occasional driveway use. I am fairly certain if I took the old one apart and replaced the seals it would work again.

Nice find! Where's the coupon tho? I looked at the site. I know I probably have to go to my car manual but are there Jack points where we're suppose to put the Jack stands or the Jack itself?

If you interested I can message you a coupon code. Also go on bms site or ebay and buy a jack pad adapter. Works great! There are rubber jack points near the skirts and also in the front and rear of the vehicle.

The Jack pad adapter Simple3 is that needed or for convenience?

If you don't use an adapter you can crush the plastic lift points and you will hear whistling on the highway.

Just to make it easier on you guys, here are two options. The low profile one is always better...

For convenience and not crushing the jack points themselves. Just looks ugly and back on the e90 forum a lot of guys started replacing them after they started looking like a used up pornstar's hoo-ha.

Love Harbor Freight, they got a lifetime warranty on their hand tools. One breaks, I bring it in, and if they don't have it they give me the next step up for free. Even better..

Sometimes they do. Sometimes they dont. I got these coupons from the mailings I get at home and diving into the sunday paper coupon section...

Also check out the pages behind motor trend/car and driver.. you can sometimes find these coupons back there too.... the coupons for the jacks are a little harder to come by...

I just looked at the back of my car and driver and saw that they do have the low profile 3 ton jack but the coupon is for $84.99.. the $79.99 coupon is probably the best deal going so far....

Nice man! I originally went with the plastic jackpad adapters but had to go with the aluminum ones due to the plastic ones warping.. thats what I get for trying to save 10 bucks lol...
