iDrive Control Knob LCI Retrofit

I have a MY2013 F10 (Pre-LCI) and I'm trying to retrofit the LCI iDrive control (P/N 65829350723) knob on my car. What do I need to get this thing to work?

Wonder about this myself, anyone who knows?

I did a little research and can this be right?

I_Drive touch controller

Pin 1 +12V
Pin 2 Ground
Pin 3 Can2 H
Pin 4 Can2 L

Touch box Ecu

Pin 1 +12V
Pin2 Ground
Pin3 Can2 H
Pin 4 Can2 L
