Sadly, I also hope that it was surgery. The alternative is far worse, but also believable because there are stupid people out there. We've had our fair share of dealing with idiot Sammy owners.

No idea on the reason for the haircut, found it on failblog which had a dozen or so pictures of dogs with embarrassing bad hair cuts. Saw the poor sammy and immediately thought of LIttlebear.

A couple of years ago I watched two university students walk head on into each other while staring at their phones. They bounced off each other, giggled and carried on still staring at their phones. SMH
