Headlights?
We all know the F10 came with 2 types of headlights, one with round angel eyes and the other with equivalent squares (see pictures). Are the squares for facelift models only? And if so, is that for all markets? Because a 2016 528i xDrive has the round ones, can someone explain?

Which one does the 2016 car have considering they're round?

Okay thanks, I'm pretty sure it's xenon, didn't know the 5er still came with halogens? I think the low beams are xenon but cornering lights are halogens, which part of the light are we talking about?

The 535 and 550's had Xenon/HID standard; the 528 had halogen standard with Xenon/HID as an option. As was said above, the corona rings with the flat bottom are LED. The difference between LCI and pre-LCI corona rings, I believe, is the LCI are LED and I'm not sure what illuminates the pre-LCI.

The second one that is flat on the bottom with the eyebrow signals (Xenon/HID) are part of the Lighting Package (adaptive headlights, auto-fog lights).

Those are adaptive LED's, not to be confused with adaptive HID/Xenon. I'm pretty sure there are no auto fog/driving lights.
