F11 Towbar can bus connection

I would like to fit a towbar to my 520D f11 (2013). Can I connect the can bus wire connection from my tow bar (brand: ECS) directly to the orange green / green can bus wire in the boot of my F11?

The can bus wire which I can see in the boot (on the right hand side) connects to the air suspension ECU. Can I connect directly to that drop cable or do I need to find the main can bus cable first?
