which model to choice ?

Hi cool ppl,

I'm planning to buy 2014 or 2015 model 5 Series, I want to know which model to choose, 520,525, 530 ? diesel or petrol? automatic or manual?
i will be using it as a family car which mainly used to drive in the city. Also, any advice or recommendations of the auto salon from germany.

Where are you located? The models are geography based. In the US / Canada we got the 528, 535 and 550 for those model years

If where you live is anything like the Uk with clean air zone charges I would suggest the 520d with a Euro 6 engine. It has low emissions is very economical with a decent amount of power.

Economical and decent amount of power means nice driving car, but do not expect many thrills of driving.

Quite an assumption !! I’m more than happy with the performance, comfort and power I get out of mine. It’s also ULEZ exempt which saves me almost £1300 in charges per year for just travelling to work. So thrills is something I’m prepared to sacrifice.
