It will work i think but quite agressive. I have 255/35 on 9" wheel with ET 29.
maye 5mm outside the fenders in front. No problem with rear wheels.

F10 and 19" wheels / tires
Factory offsets for a 19" staggered set up are 33F/44R and the "stock" tire size is 245/40R19. So, the square offset wheel you are interested in should work. I recommend you use one of the on-line tire size comparison websites to see how different tire sizes compare to the factory determined size options. Are you familiar with RealOEM.com? If not - I strongly recommend you bookmark it and use it to check BMW part numbers etc there.
