P0171 code engine has noise

Hello all,
I got trouble has check engine P0171 system too lean (bank1),
I had diy clean throttle body not uninstall, just spray after remove the pipe, I thought might damage some area during remove the pipe?
The engine has noise with Zhi Zhi... noise.when Ideal looks engine is shaking.

I upload the video for asking help.

Maybe you didn't attach the intake tube correctly. Probably an air leak somewhere. Maybe a pipe broke somewhere. Also check your charge pipe for cracks.
