I only see one review mentioning the thickness. That wouldn’t deter me from giving it a try. I also like the fact it’s not glossy.

I used this exact wrap on my E60 2 years ago and I would say it laid pretty well and looked great. I have rewrapped my F10 dash a handful of times and with the same manufacturer and also with other products..... I can say they bubble or peel back up a lot easier then the 3M wood did.

The vinyl also has a grain feel to it, it's not flush and glossy (so if you're not in to that I wouldn't buy it). All of it is really preference, I guess I just get bored and redo it too much. The wood lasted the longest for me though.

I am rewrapping my trim and this weekend, redoing the CF and adding brushed steel to the center console.

Love the center piece matte silver. What color code is that?

It was Vivvid Satin Black. Reflection makes it look silver. Had to cover that old man wood interior

I feel ya. I am in the same boat. That wood trim feels so out of place on mine too.
Interesting how that black looks so light under that angle

Anyone else wrap their Trim? I am thinking about giving this a shot soon, but looking for motivation and ideas.

there's actually some good threads in here if you search but were talking a few years when this platform was busy! but there's some really impressive work done as far as wrapping the interior the right way

It's really easy after you get the hang of vinyl. Just buy some decent wrap, plastic pry tools, basic vinyl install tools kit (razor, rubber and plastic squeegees), grab a 6-pack, open YouTube and have a afternoon.

It took me about 5 minutes to get all the trim pieces out (YT video) and about 2 hours to wrap on and off (probably a second 6-pack) and another 10 minutes to install and clean up. You can find step by steps on here or you can find a YouTube video not only get each piece of trim off and how to wrap.

I have rewrapped my interior trim a few times, I could probably do it in a about a hour and a half, but the first time was around 4 hours. Good luck with your project.

Man, I'm really thinking about trying a suede wrap on the interior like some of the M models.

Has anyone tried this before? VVIVIDÂ XPO Black Leather Suede Vinyl car Furniture wrap 2ft x 4.60ft (53") self Adhesive Stretch Decal DIY https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MJ7V4Q6..._OqhoFb5Q3Q8D4
