Hello everyone,
I brought my '12 550 for service last Friday and they gave me a brand new 330i m sport with 10 miles on the clock for a weekend. I felt like I just bought a new car All in all, I'm impressed with the car. More than enough power for city driving and really good handling. I didn't know 2 litters with 4 cylinders could be that quick. 0-60 in 5.4 sec

same thing with me when BMW gave me a loaner for a day 2016 M//235i Xdrive. thing was pretty damn quick with a nice Performance exhaust. loved the interior...not too impressed with the paddle shifting. but after i got my car back my car felt like a tug boat compared to the 235i

Amazing! I'll ask them to give me 235i next time It must have been hard to go back to a heavy 5 series? Don't get me wrong, 5 series is a winner in many categories for me, but 235i and m2 have the best handling of all BMWs. Enough power too.

love my 535i and i thought "to me" it was quick but after driving that 235i around i couldn't believe how quick it was. but at the same time the car just felt compact and i could totally feel i was back into a smaller compact car and not the big roominess...if that's a word lol of the 5 series. just depressing how slow my car felt after i left the dealership haha

I wish we would get some nice cars like that. I ended up getting a base base 3 series for a loaner.

Dropped my 5er off to get the AC fixed this morning, no loaners available until March 6th! SA did promise me one if they keep my car for more than 3 days though, I wonder how that works... I did overhear another guy picking up a loaner, his options were a base 3 series or X1.

Guys, this was the first time I got lucky with a new car + m sport. Usually they give base 320 or 328, which are not nice at all compared to the one I got.

the local dealership here in MD gives X1s and X3s. I dropped off the 550 and got an X3 35i...not too shabby. Didn't have all the amenities of a loaded 550i M-sport but then again it doesn't come with the sticker mine did either. Nevertheless, I was still impressed with the comfortable cabin and size. The engine was peppy, no paddles or sport shift options but it got up when in traffic.

if i get a loaner next time i'mma ask for a 550 just to see how much of a difference it is to my 535...but than again maybe i shouldn't because i'll want to trader mine in lol!

It's as fast as 235i, but 550 might feel faster in a straight line due to the amount of torque. Especially with a tune.
