CPo lease specials

Does anyone know the details of the cpo lease specials for the 3 series and 5 series? I know for a 535xi, the residual is $27402 and the money factor is .000157 regardless of sell price or options.

If any dealers can chime in that'd be great (local dealers haven't been much help). I'm looking into this CPO Lease as well before the end of the month. I was aware of Demo/Loaner/Exec leases, but not CPO leases. I assume the CPO have different residual/MF numbers than new...

1- what are the Residual and MF numbers for May 2016 (specifically for CPO leases)?

2- does the CPO lease also include "complimentary" maintenance and warranty for the remainder of the lease (24 months or 36 months)?

Picked up mine. Residual is set at $27802 for 10k/24 month. Money factor is .00157, I put down 7 MSD and brought it down to .00108. 535xi sale price of $34,000. Total monthly with nothing out of pocket and 8.87% tax, $435

I m looking at a good deal at a dealership nearby.

The advertise 2016 528i 6300 miles for $349/mo with 3k down. I am not going to put any down and will probably negotiate the cap cost. and push it to around $400. This particular car comes with CPO Elite Maintenance.

I m a but concerned that these CPO lease deals don't come with standard maintenance plan that includes brake pads, rotors etc. Not sure if dealer will charge me at the end of lease.

What do you guys think?

2013 528i

I got a 2013 528i 9 months ago for 0 down and 371 a month. The car was cop to 100k miles... This is the way to go if you want a great used car with no risk at the end to sell. I had about 2200 in lease return fees on my 335i (3 tires, 2 payments and some other fees tacked on) and drove away in the cpo car. It had 32k miles and I did a 24/10k lease. Literally sign and drive not event first payment and had 23 payments only of 371.

this is where I might get screwed... read my post above. My car needs brakes in 4k miles... I will have to do the brakes, and then only really have the car for 8 months and the lease will be up

sorry to hear that mate. Aren't you covered by the warranty? I mean you don't have to pay for the brake change. It's sad that you won't be able to enjoy with new brakes once lease is up.

I picked up a 5400miles 2016 535 for $450/month with only fees down($2k). The brakes need replacement at 40-50k miles. So I would barely hit that limit as I drive less than 8k miles per year.

This is a different deal from OP question, you get lower MF and percentage base residual. You still have the maintenance for the remainder of 4 year warranty, so you will be fine on the brakes and the rest.
