Passing Emissions with Catless DP and BM3

I have to get GA emissions done in a few weeks and I have bootmod3 and catless dp. Some people tell me I'll be good because bm3 blocks all the codes while others tell me I need to remove the dp and flash back to stock. Anyone here have any experience with bm3 and emissions inspection?

Do they actually measure gasses from your tailpipe? If so you will probably need cats to pass. If only read OBD2 I dont know. You can always try and post it on here. Be interesting to find out. What happens if you fail? You just have to go back to stock and get a retest...

What tests will be performed?
All subject vehicles will receive a three-part inspection:
An OBD test to check the vehicle’s emissions control performance history.
A fuel cap inspection to check for adequate seal.
A visual inspection of the catalytic converter to check for tampering or removal.

I'm really worried about the obd test if anything is going to come up

A lot of those tuners just block the check engine light from coming on due to the missing cats, faults may still be there. Personally I would say flash it back and install factory components that you removed.

Thanks... I was able to check the cars readiness and it was not ready. My tuner was able to create a separate bm3 map to use to force ready. So I'm good.

You say your tuner wrote you a separate tune that put your car in readiness for catless dp on bootmod3? Please share this tune with me! Or give me the name of your tuner. Thanks
