Anyone know how to remove rear chrome strip?

I want to wrap the rear chrome strip, but obviously its easier to do off the car. Anyone know how it comes off? Can it just be popped off or are there screws/retainers that need to be accessed from behind?

It does not come. however, it is fairly easy to wrap it while on the car still.

I am trying to remove the chrome trim around the window of the rear door.
The lower horizontal piece is easy, but the trim that is on top and either side is harder to figure out. Has anyone done this? . .

POPS right off, just take a interior tool it pops off and pops back on just some plastic holders that is on the strip I was surprised how easy it was to come off.

Why not just wrap it and then no worries on removing and installing?
