Tire Insurance

How much should tire insurance cost from the Dealer? I recently purchased a BMW through a Penske owned dealership and they offered me the Penske warranty for $1900 for i think 7 yrs. Is that a good price? How much have others paid on this forum? and is there a business case for it ?
