Goodbye to my 2015 F10
Several months ago I traded in my 2013 535xi with over 120,000 miles for a 2015 535xi with 52,000 miles. I would like to get an EV but want one with long range. Recently a newbie driver failed to yield to traffic and made a left turn into incoming traffic totalling my car. Fortunately, no serious injuries. I sustained a hematoma and minor abrasions to the inner left forearm from the steering wheel airbag explosion and minor upper left neck soreness the next day. The newbie driver was charged with careless driving resulting in injury and driver's license instruction permit violation. Because of the accident I decided to buy a new car with all the latest safety features, driving assistance and highest safety rating. I've been a BMW owner since 2007 but I've moved on to Genesis. Purchased a 2023 Genesis GV70. Amazing vehicle.

Sorry to hear about the accident, injuries and the loss of your F10. Glad to hear you made out with little injuries. From the looks of it, that BMW handled it like a champ keeping the damage away from you.
Congrats on the new ride. I'm 101% German biased, but the new line of Genesis SUVs are damn pretty. Here is to many happy [safe] miles. Cheers!
