Puff of blue smoke out of exhaust after a long idle

Posting here because engines are engines. Any info appreciated

Ok guys need some help if possible as its doing my head in.

I had my turbos changed recently along with charge cooler. I am running single mid full decat. With the weather getting warmer once the car has been run up to temp and I am in stop start traffic I always get a puff of blue smoke. Sometimes heavy due to long idle this obviously decreases with the valves closed as air flow is restricted but with valves open it is a lot more visible.

This only happens when pulling away at low speeds and then disappears.

What could it be? will seafoam help?

Videos attached for reference
