I'm thinking about buying this 2011 535 with 77k miles, but the light beige interior carpet and leather looks pretty worn. Do you think this can be brought back to life? Any product suggestions or to restore this would be much appreciated. Open to any thoughts. Thanks!

Mine has the same interior and although it wasn't as bad as yours it was still pretty dirty. My leather around that cubby was pretty worn too but I got it restored to 7/10ths.

I would start with a steamer (McCulloch 1385s or something similar), and a good apc (Meguiars interior cleaner 4:1), a leather brush, a carpet brush, a degreaser (Meguiars Super degreaser 10:1) and go to town with them. I spot cleaned the carpet with a brush, and Folex carpet cleaner. Also, used an orbital buffer attachment for heavy cleaning.

Can't think of the leather kit that I used but if you do a search it will come up.

Had this on my grandpa's 528 too. Got most of it out with leather shampoo/conditioner and some effort. His wasn't this bad though

New set of OEM floor mats, steam clean the rest of the carpet and seats. Looks like that would take care of 90% of it.

For the drivers door handle, find a leather repair guy. Shouldn't be more than $250 max, depending on where you live and who you have do it.

use leather cleaner from Chemical guys which can be found at Walmart. I prefer lexol conditioner and cleaner. Use microfiber towels when cleaning and wiping away the dirt. Also use a soft bristle brush to scrub the seats, do not scrub hard, soft and gentle to raise the dirt from the seats, etc. Take your time. Best thing also is to search chemical guys or Ammonyc on youtube how to clean interiors.

This..dont pay a leather repair guy...read the reviews in this. Also, your leather is called oyster.
