Let me know if you do internal and what you upgrade and how much the cost was. I wish they had upgrade for 8hp45 like they do for 6hp.

Bad news, after pulling differential I have found out that the WaveTrac diff is actually the wrong part. I have already discussed this with their tech support and unfortunately the diff we need in our F10 is still under development. I even offered my vehicle as a test mule since they are local to me, but all engineering is on hold at the moment due to the lock-down. Asked them 2 days ago to fix their listing but remains the same.

Will keep you posted. (Apologize for the thread jack )

BTW Crankcase breather fits like a charm.

Wow, crazy. Any comments on how things run with the breather?

I've not noticed any performance difference or anything else for that matter. It's just a piece of mind when pumping over 20 psi. The vacuum PVC built into the the valve over is great for stock operations but not sure what happens when you start clipping 22psi. With the breather I'm not so worried about the seals on the motor.

how the heck did i miss this thread?? bro, from what i read so in my case FBO it's not really needed than? i thought maybe just for a preventative maintenance on blowing out seals and the blow by this would be beneficial. i have a oil catch can on the way that's taking forever to get here but it doesn't have the filter on top?

It's really an unknown wether it's needed or not. The guys at BMP told no and the stock ventilation is more than sufficient. I did for the reasons explained above and aesthetics.

I had zero leaks until I went pure stage 2 and then my valve cover gasket start leaking... I am planning on buying this just as a precaution. Maybe for a stock car the ventilation is good enough but with more power I guess the pressure increase to more than what the stock system can handle?

so pretty much the reason valve cover gaskets leak is because of the high pressure? so wouldn't this be a good preventative maintenance to prevent valve cover gaskets from failing is to upgrade to this new VTT crankcase breather?

This is pretty much the reason I'm giving it a shot for. Since I'm tuned and do take my car out to the track, I am hoping this relieves some of the crankcase pressure that tends to build up when driving the car hard.

C'mon brother, that's your fault. As men and gear-heads we are never done!

I am thankful that I have been married to the same wonderful woman for 30 years, so she is really used to all my shenanigans.

Oh my gosh, you shoulda seen the look on my wife's face when we got our stimulus... with 3 kids that covers the cost of a new turbo! That suggestion did not go over too well!

Maybe I'll squeeze a new LPFP and Bluetooth ethanol reader out of it though!

ECs tuning ES#3717923 or directly from Vargas Turbo. Does say for N54 only but fits N55.
