Massive errors messages 2016 F10 M SPORT
Folks,
My car was sitting outside for the last weeks. Was working perfectly last time I drove it. I started her up this morning.. Here is what was on. I will get it towed to the dealership sometime this week. I am thinking its some type of electrical issue. Has anyone ran into something like this. The car is an 2016 F10 MSport with MPE, MPK, 60K miles, well maintained. Thanks! |

If it sat for weeks voltage would be the most likely cause, was it sitting outside? Mice love chewing wires too.

Battery was at 12.2V sitting. 15 V running. She was towed to the dealership yesterday. She was outside. Did not see any chewed up wire from the engine bay but it could definitely be a cause as well. Will keep you all posted

OP: Prolly too late at this point, but I'd consider charging the battery up. Clearing the codes, then driving it for a bit to see what happens. Good Luck! |

Update. Blown fuse for VDS/VDC Module therefore could not communicate with the ECU/ECM. Fuse replaced. Car is back to normal. Blown fuse was cause by defective soft touch driver side door handle. Door handle had to be replaced as well. Car is working perfectly

Thank You for the update!
(Drives me nuts when people post a question, others provide input, then the OP never provides feedback on the outcome)... I was a bit curious on this one as I would have bet battery low voltage issues. Glad to see you got it sorted out and it was just a fuse! |

Seems to also happens sometimes with the door handle heater. Fuse switches off and you have all the error codes while its just a fuse...
