Quad diffuser for non M sport bumper and wheel fitment

Hi, are there any quad diffusers for the f10 non M sport bumper? or do I need to buy one from fb marketplace

And I have a question about wheels and if Im able to fit 245/40R19 19x10.5 on my 2015 535xi without any rubbing in the front

A 245 on a 10.5 rim would be crazy stretched and not safe.
