SOFT CLOSE DOORS on F10

what's up guys.

i have a 2013 535 xdrive. today when i walked out of work and got in my car everything was fine, i literally drove across the street to the atm and when i got back in my car the soft close mechanism is now making a loud grinding/vibrating type sound for about 3 seconds after the door is shut.

the door still does soft close like it should and it locks and unlocks fine it's just when it does close it makes that loud noise.

any info you guys can give me would be appreciated

Very common problem. Your soft close is broken. It's built into the latch so you will have to replace the whole unit.
