N57N Turbo Resonator Delete Pipe

Hi all

been looking at mods for the car as you do on a weekend, and I have come across a "Turbo Resonator Delete Pipe"

Replaces original plastic resonator. This pipe has better airflow than the original resonator, which is claimed by the supplier.

The original pipe has a couple of holes which I assume shall disturb airflow to the intercooler, but I don't really see any gains with changing this? or would this delete pipe give an increase in tone/turbo flutter?

I have attached the image for reference, but it would be good to know if anyone else is running this and if there is any true difference in sounds, performance?
