Typical crazy fall weather here. Snow tomorrow night and 60's and 70's next week.

4-5 inches of snow. Its actually cold enough to stay, even though it's the first snow.

Lots of people having to adjust driving styles really quick or learn the consequences.

Snow this morning. Just enough to cover the grass a tiny bit. Should be gone by tomorrow...I hope so as I have a 9:45am tee time this Friday as it will be my last golf outing for the year. Boooooooo

Looks like the weather forecast for the remainder of the week is upper 50s and sun. So, hopefully it will just melt and dry out by Friday morning.

Spent the day yesterday in a T-shirt helping build a deck for my father-in-law surrounded by the beautiful fall colors and mid-60s.

"Feels like" temperature for today is 15°F...

This week we will be going from 91°F to 62 with a couple days of rain thrown in for good measure.

I think the summer temps are going away now, finally. Thank you, Mother Nature.

It was mid 80s yesterday. Woke up to 42 this morning, which is very unusual is early-mid November. Had to put long pants and a jacket on to take dogs out! Back to 80s in a couple of days. Hopefully the iguanas freeze and get eaten by something before it warms back up.

I read something about them falling out of trees when it gets too cold.

Yep. They go into some sort of hibernation, which stops them from shitting everywhere. They are pests.

Hard to imagine iguanas living in the trees in my neighborhood, even worse would be them falling out of the trees and landing on my head. Guess we have our own pests here; coyotes, possums, skunks, raccoons, etc.

The sad part is pythons and iguanas are both invasive species originating mostly through intentional releases by selfish morons.

You're saying that the weather people on TV were being dramatic for lows of 32 F? I just saw the 6:00 PM TV news from not at home, and the opening story was what to do if a frozen iguana lands on your lawn!

FWIW, the low last night at our tree farm was 26 F, and there were some significant flurries falling at home in the late morning that had OCD psycho dog confused when he saw them.....

Big rain event coming our way. Going to have to set up the pump for the backyard.

Evacuation warnings issued for burn scar areas.
