Blinker question/Issue

so today I used my blinkers and the green arrow on the dash didn't blink, it just stays solid green. Does the same on the left and right AND when I use the hazards.

funny thing, the blinkers work on the outside of the car....

did I accidentally change a setting? I'd like to see the blinkers blinking on the dash so I know they are working....

any suggestions? I google searched and found nothing helpful

thank you for your time.

There is no setting for that. Since they do blink on the outside i would have to say
It is an issue with your cluster. I have not heard of this issue before.
Can you hear it tick as they blink?

You have to add Blinker Fluid! Usually runs low like after 5,000 blinks. I would suggest sticking with OEM. usually aftermarket blinker fluid you'll only get 3,000 blinks

There is no blinking that you can hear on the inside...

Had a weird error yesterday on the way home from vaca. I was waiting to make a left turn with the blinker on and after a while the flasher went into hyper mode, flashing rather quickly. I also got, I guess as expected, a left front blinker malfunction error. I could see the reflection of the light in the chrome bumper of the car ahead and the light was flashing... odd. The error went away after about a half mile and it has yet to reappear. Hoping this was an anomaly.
