98W vs 94v
I know there is a lot of negative to be said about the Goodyear LS2 RF tires that our cars come with, but they have been on my 15 535 xdrive for as long as I can remember, and I have never had any issues with them. Super smooth, quiet, never had a blow-out or bubble.
Nonetheless, I am changing out the tires now because they're worn down, and need some solid replacements. Due to all the crap I've heard about the LS2's I'm going to opt for something else now. Maybe I got lucky with my experience... I am thinking about the Michelin Primacy mxm4 now, and found this great set on craigslist, but I'm concerned that the 94v rating is lower than the 98w I'm used to. The guy wants 545$ for the set of 4, and he says they're brand new, never mounted. Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about the 94v rating or tire in general? I'd love to hear any1's thoughts, thanks |

94V has lower weight capacity and speed rating. You will be sacrificing some traction comparing two brand new sets of tires. |
