Thanks man. it's a very good feeling. Our NY winter was brutal this year my exterior, interior, the engine bay, wheels, the undercarriage was dirty as hell.

Came home to a new "mod" done on my car. Little brother had some left over wrap and decided to wrap the shifter in a CF lock. A lot cheaper than buying a cover. I'll post some better photos later.

It was just some left over wrap from other projects. I believe from https://vvividshop.com/collections/a...-finish_carbon . I know its not the cleanest but can't really complain when its free.

Honeslty I dont remember ever changing them. I think the last set on there was from the dealer but the dealer's quality isn't that good so I replaced them myself. Here in Pacific NorthWest, it does rain more than like California so we go through them quicker. I just replace them if I feel the wiper isn't doing a good of a job cleaning the windshield.

I'm currently trying to register my car in Hawaii, so we have these safety inspections to do beforehand. I had to remove the tint off my taillights, so did this little project yesterday. A little brake cleaner and some elbow grease goes a long way.

I was on the fence about it for a while. My Wife did it for me while I was underway, so she never asked me. The guy who installed some other parts said I'd probably dig it since I was going with the blacked out look. I didn't particularly care for it I guess. It does look better after all!

it reminds me of the 90's when everyone blacked out their tail lights. i had it on my Integra and use to get pulled over like daily

It was painted not tinted film right?

Please never use Brake Cleaner on a car. That eats at the clear coat soo fast. You won't be able to see it instantly but it will show after some time.

I'm also curious like TJBentley about how that was put on. I used wrap for mine and I know I can take it off anytime just by pulling it off.
