Second owner. Always stored in the garage since owning it. I have the records for maintenance I've done. It has zero mechanical problems. Zero undercarriage rust as it has spent its whole life in California. It has a paint scuff on bottom edge of the front bumper (passenger side). The scuff is not very noticeable, which is why I haven't fixed it. It will need new front tires and an alignment soon, which I've already accounted for in the selling price.
