Totaled loss?

Got rear ended in the rain and spun out hitting the center divider. Air bad did not deploy, is this totaled ?

Thanks for the input guys but she's gone. Lifted the car it got frame damage. Will be taking parts off the car if anyone is interested. Armytrix Catless downpipe, armytrix full catback exhaust, er charge pipe, burger intake , jb4. Last pic I got 2 days before the accident

Feel bad in that type of situation. I had my 2013 328 with 98k on it, got hit and insurance totalled it out due to mileage. Hope your okay man, you are safer in that car then most others. Hope you are able to stay with the community.

Finally able to kind of walk so im going to be taking aftermarket parts and putting oem parts back tomorrow because insurance is taking the car

Insurance picked up the car before I can take anything off
