Do you have an android? If so download the MHD app and get beemergeeks cable and read the actual codes. Or download the icarly app on iPhone and get the elm327 WiFi adapter and read the codes. From the looks of your codes you have a potential transmission problem hard to tell without more information about your car.

If the transmission is having a communication issue first thing I would check is that everything is plugged in securely. Then you can reset the adaptions with the app.
