water pump/tstat/other? issue N55

Hi everyone, I have a problem
when I turn on heater/AC my water pump turns ON-OFF at MAX power every 5 seconds.

Engine oil and coolant are at stable 90-100*C
Battery voltage is ok.
Coolant level is correct and I can see flow.
Car runs fine just until I turn on heat/ac.

Codes? Usually a bad water pump or thermostat will throw codes if they're going bad.

jb4 may cause some of those errors
