I know they’re not on your list but from personal experience I would add Focal to your list.

Good luck!

+1 on the Focals! I have Focal K2 Powers in my Titan and will eventually get these in my F10 when budget allows

Also not on your list, but I just went from the Harmon Kardon system in my f10 to MB Quart speakers and added Pioneer amps for amplification. Personally I think it made an incredible difference in sound quality.

Not sure what your budget will allow, so that may not be an option for you.

Good luck!

I got the MB Quart QM200C set. It has the mid range speakers, tweeters, crossovers, and under seat woofers. I believe there is also the QM100C set that has the mid range speakers and tweeters with crossovers, but doesn't include the under seat woofers if you're looking for just that.

As for the amps, I have a Pioneer GM-D9500F bridged to 2 channels for the under seat woofers, and another Pioneer GM-D9500F in 4 channel mode with two channels connected to the front mid range/tweeter pair, and the other two channels unused as of now.

I'm not sure what your plans are regarding getting it all connected wth the car's head unit, or what your budget will allow, but I'm personally using an Audison Bit DMI and a JL TWK-88. But even with just dropping the mid range speakers and tweeters in without changing anything else, I did notice a difference in sound quality.

I did the install all myself. Here is a fairly complete list of the components I used. I bought used items where I could. I also purchased various power cables/signal cables, and fuse/distribution blocks. In total I was able to keep the cost just under $2000. So far I am very pleased with the results. Still need to build a custom sub box that looks nicer than the cheap temporary BestBuy box thats currently in the trunk.

2x GM-D9500F Pioneer amps @ $80 each
1x JL 1000/1v2 @ $340
1x Audison Bit DMI @ $580
1x JL twk-88 @ $350
1x MB Quart qm200-c speaker set @ $400
1x JL 12w6v2 subwoofer (already had)
various power cables/signal cables/connections/etc.

audio frog gb 4inch for the doors and the gb10 tweeter.. if you can budget run the gb6.5 instead of the brutal 8s under the seats.. problem solved.

What is the cost for the various speakers, where did you buy them and did you install them or have someone else do it?

cost is irrelevant if it performs as needed and your expectations are met.. you can purchase on Crutchfield. I have been installing for over 25yrs. Thus I did the install myself, removing the 4s tho in the doors and have purchased a pair of a.f. 2.5 inch to go in the a pillars. hoping to get a better soundstage.. its a summer only car so this will be my winter project.
