Headlight condensation after winter storm.
Got the ol’classic condensation in the driver side headlight housing. From what I’ve come across on the interwebs, it looks like I’d have to remove the front bumper. For now, I’m using one of those wireless electric pumps used to inflate floats. Seems like it’s working. But I know it’s just a band-aid for now…

It's a losing battle but you need to keep it dry before the water pools in the bottom of the enclosure and drips onto the TMS module. Open the top circular access thing and the condensation will evaporate over a day or so. I also use 10g Silica Gel packs that I purchased from Amazon for when it rains and I need to put the access port back on.

I haven’t messed with f10 lights yet but most times the gasket on headlight cover goes bad so replacing the entire cover helps

I have seen videos where you can access the through the wheel well, however its mainly for the Module that normally gets programmed, for a complete removal, you are correct, front Bumper will need to be removed and it's a fairly simple task. (just a bit clumsy)
