Window chrome delete
I got quoted $440 plus tax for the window trim chrome delete on my 535. Sounds like they are trying to rob me. Am I wrong?

With that $50 amazon solution, did you have to remove the trim? or can you do it on the car?

No, you can do it without taking off the trim. If you want a one piece solution around the last quarter glass curve, you can buy a large piece of black vinyl and cut that to shape after pasting it. Check out Youtube - plenty of examples and tips. Use a heat gun and very sharp blade, and of course work slowly and deliberately if you haven't worked with vinyl before. F10 is all straight lines mostly so you should be good.

On my older S4, i used black electrical tape since taking off the trim was a huge cunt.
It fit perfectly over the chrome trim.
