gouged paint
hi all,
Someone parked really close and placed their car's paint on my passenger door but I was able to wiped it off. But their kid may have opened their passenger door and gouged my gas tank door. Anyone have pointers to fix it? Thank you! |

Ouch, those are deep but it looks like the primer is still there which is good. If I were you I'd be asking paint shops and even try detailers. Goal is to find a wizard with touch up they should be able to fill in the spots and have it 95% seemless. Worst case scenario a body shop will need to repaint those panels and blend with the rest of the car. As ez said, it's not likely to be a cheap fix.
That said... you could buy some touch up paint and give it a shot yourself as long as your expectations are set correctly. If you feel like you may not be happy with this route then don't attempt it and go straight to a paint pro. You'll only create more work for them. |
