Car jerks at 8 gear 100-120kmh

Hello everyone,
BMW F11 530d 190kw xdrive

The problem is when driving at 100-120kmh. The car is running at 1.1-1.3 RPM in eighth gear, when going up a small hill the car starts to jerk, when shifting to a lower gear in manual mode the jerk disappears. This also happens when driving on a straight road, if you start to press the acceleration easily the car start jerking and when RPM is higer than 1.5k RPM it’s all gone. Any ideas? ;(

190000miles. Yes, when I bought a car I changed oil at service immediately, after 40000miles changed again.

How small of a hill are we talking? Its not wise to put strain on your higher gears on low RPM going up an incline.

We are talking about very small hills, 5-10% gradients on the highway. As I mentioned before, this also happens when driving on a flat road with the cruise control activated at a speed of 110 km/h and a gentle press on the accelerator pedal, then the car starts to shake, as if you were driving a manual gearbox in fifth gear at 50 km/h. But like I mentioned before everything gone at 1.4-1.5rpm, or manually put from 8 to 7 gear. Maybe it could be the throttle body when it is almost closed and not enough air?

The air intake manifold was removed and washed in an ultrasonic bath. That's all.

How recent was that and any gaskets replaced? When you changed the transmission fluid, were you aware of an adaptation reset?
