He did not get a Family and Friend discount.

1. His kit was cheaper because he came from NBT not CIC.

NBT kit starts at $2200, CIC kit starts at $2700.

2. He took advantage our of Black Friday/Christmas promotion which was heavily advertised.

Making sure all the wires fit once you put it all back
