Proper size for F10 will be:
245 40 19 Front
275 35 19 Rear

Based on the tire size you provided, your speedometer will be off. You will be traveling slower than what the speedometer is displaying.

The speedo already reads 3mph high from the factory.

Is ^this^ true?

My only experience with speed calibration comparisons is when Officer "C" asked me if I knew I was doing 100 mph and I thought to myself "Hmmm...the HUD was reading 101 when I glanced down after you lit me up"

It depends on the total wheel+tyre size, so for example 245/40R19 on a 8J wheel is practically the same size in total as 225/55R17 on a 7,5J wheel.
Try using www.willtheyfit.com
Great site with a lot of details about fitment, I used it when I was deciding on which wheel and tyre sizes to get.

Edit:
I also tested all of this with a gps speedo app while driving on a highway, the cars and apps speeds were within -+1km/h

It has to do with European manufacturers being responsible for drivers exceeding the speed limit and using speedo error as their excuse, or so I've read. BMW's reading 3 over gives the driver a buffer. My speedo reads 2 under around 35-40 and 3 over above 40; according to radar speed signs.
