Another big trip during the Super bowl weekend, definately not going to watch the game, my Oil interval is at 92000 which is perfectly aligned after my trip back. Planning to look at the Oil Pan soon and in March, WP, Tstat, Tensioner and pulleys, S belt, plugs and coils, OFHG parts will be purchased, and transmission fluid is gonna need a change and as well as my rear Diff. VCG was changed at 40k so I will consider that with a new Valve cover.

523i (N52B25- I'm in Southeast Asia) 93,000 miles here.
I got the car last year and oh boy the tropical sun has not been kind to this car. In the last year I've done: DME (these things die from heat in EVERY N52 in my country), valve cover gasket, tensioner pulley, VANOS camshaft sprocket, VANOS solenoids, timing guide & chain, PCV Valve. Pretty much anything that could die from heat died, but with that being said I did all of them as preventative maintenance, so I'm not caught by surprise and the bills didn't sour my taste in the car at all. Hoping to keep her on the road for as long as I could! |
