Tom retrofit paddle shifters you also need small wiring harness that goes inside steering wheel that paddle shifters connect to.

Of course it is easier if you get used F10 LCI steering wheel that you want and things are already done for you.
My LCI M-sport steering wheel, match red carbon paddle shifters (pic below) will be nstalled soon.
Looks sick! how did you retrofit the speedometer display?
That is 6WB instrument cluster, you need to get virgin cluster (previous VIN removed) and code it to work with your car, coding takes 15 min with E-sys and cluster replacement 10-15 min.

Whatever you can find it for on Ebay or here on forums. From my experience $850-$900 for good condition used 6WB cluster is a good deal. Main thing is that it has been virginized and then you'll have to code it.

My bad, I've never even heard of instrument cluster retrofits. What does virginized mean? And how would I know if the seller on eBay is selling a virginized one or not.

This is an example of virginized 6WB instrument cluster https://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-OEM-F10...wAAOSwxJdfDcC5

Virginized means that VIN associated with the cluster from previous car has been removed from it and it is ready to be installed in a new car. Sellers would typically write in the description if the cluster has been virginized or not
