Rim width effect on wheel diameter

Hi

If you have two 19inch rims, one is 9 inch wide, and one is 10 inch wide.

If I fit the same 275/35/19 tire on both wheels, will the total diamater be the same ?

Basicly my hypothesis is that the tire will be streched more on the wider rim, decreasing the total diameter

Am I on to something ?

You can find wheel diameter calculation with a google search and input your info. That is your best bet to true diameter deltas.
