Constant Low coolant issue for 2011 BMW 535i xdrive f10 after water pump replacement?
Hey guys,
My car (2011 BMW 535i xdrive w/ 77k miles) just gave me the notification saying my engine coolant level was low. I went to a bmw dealership 10 minutes later and got it topped off/flipped for free. But when i was driving home, in 10 minutes i got the same message. The fact that the message up right after it was filled worries me. I got my water pump and thermostat replaced a month ago via an indie shop, do you think that may have caused the issue? I dropped it off this morning at the same local indie bmw shop for them to check it out but im worried that if it is the water pump or thermostat issue, that they may deny fault. And no there is no leaking fluid on the driveway What do you guys think can be causing the issue? |

Fixed
Hey guys,
I had them look at it and they claimed there was an air pocket in the coolant system so they drained it and refilled it and the message went away. Let's see how long it last though lol |
