They look lovely...black will ruin the look of that car IMHO. Sorry.

Craig
No point of refurbing brand new wheels mate. If they were badly kurbed, I would do it.

I like those black wheels and they look nice on that colour.

Mine if Sophisto Grey and not sure if black wheels will look good.

I'm thinking of these

and in Silver

I like the design but undecided on the colour

I must admit, I personally think that black wheels on a black car is a bit too much but hey we all have different taste and like different things.

The reason I suggested a refurb is that although your wheels are only a month or two old the cost of a refurb paint job verses the cost of new wheels and presumably lost money when you sell your old ones may mean that a refurb is the most cost effective option. Plus as you like the original design you have then why not. Some of the refurb work I've seen is actually better than the original finish.

If doing that then for me a shadow chrome finish would be the way to go. Dark and stealthy but not black.

Cheers Craig.
If they do not sell then I will get them refurbed. Since my car is dark so I may go with shadow chrome finish. or Perhaps after 6-12 months when I have kurbed them

I liked the wheels which I showed above but they are £1400-£1450.

PS: Completely agreed with black car with black wheels.

I had the OEM wheels on my E91 done in shadow chrome before I sold it. I thought the contrast with the silver bodywork looked neat

Looking nice.
My car is very similar colour to that. And on my E91 (Sapphire Grey) I have those wheels. Car turned out to be very monotonous. So I may go with slightly lighter colour or darker.

And NBT in my E91

Really nice looking car Mak. Doesn't look grey though, slight shade of purple there. Well done on the nav too, must be one of a kind!

Cheers mate. First photo was tweaked with photo shop so gives that impression. Second photo gives you better results.

Re: E91 it has unique mods done to it. Those super concave wheels, NBT with DAB, Alpina speedometer, Fully electric with memory heated seats, Remapped and all kind of maintenance work done.
Still miss that car as it was beast...

BHP readings were not correct due to emulator being developed at that time but it was producing 600Nm torque.

Mine were aftermarket because the OEM ones have matt black slats, i preferred the gloss slats.

Some amount of effort and cost you must have expended to get the car looking that good. Why did you sell it? Sold mine on 99,000 miles, just getting too long in the tooth

I sold it as there was not much left in terms of retrofit.
My most cars are like that and when I start getting bored (not much to do) I sell them.

Guys, feel free to send offers if interested.
I may just get rid of these and buy what I want. So somebody may grab a bargain!
