Bye Bye F10
Trading my F10 for a new X5. See my listing in the Classifieds if you need a set of floor liners.

Good to hear. Our first BMW SAV after 10 sedans, coupes and verts. Needed a nice road trip vehicle with lots of storage and kayak carrying capability.

The new X5s are a good upgrade. The last one was stale out the gate...

I didnt own an F15 but drove many for extended periods of time as loaners or my brother's X5. While the F15 was great to drive, I felt the interior was dated when compared to the competition like the Q7. I think there is a reason the F15 only went from '14-'18, when the usual lifecycle is 7 years.

Like I said, I think the drive was the best of the bunch, hands down. The interior was very worn down with amber and white lighting mixed in. The F15 only went '14-'18 because I think BMW realized that it needed an interior refresh. The ML (now GLE) was in the same boat...a patchwork on the inside. Both the GLE and X5 are new now and caught up. I think the X5 is the one to get now

You all are correct. We had an ML to trade in. Looked at the X5 and it was super stale, outdated. A little lipstick on the old model we had previous. Same with the new ML, whatever they called it.
The Q7 was a whole different level inside and out. BMW's X5 model was a bit insulting for the price. BMW lost a long time customer.

I am shopping around for a F10 replacement and looked at X5s over the weekend.
They did a great job with the interior but the car itself looks hideous. I can not get myself to drive something that ugly everyday after spending 3 years with a gorgeous looking F10. I am pretty set on the G30 for the time being. We already have a SQ5 and probably do not need another SUV in the house hold.
