I'm at my wits end!!!
I have 2011 550i with a remanufactored engine from BMW. I also have a stage 2 DME flash by Heatsync Performance. My issue is that under full throttle I get a TMAP short to B+ code normally around 3rd and 4th gears. my mod list: Catless Downpipes N63 smart blow valve Low Temp Thermostat Oil cooler valve Muffler delete XHP transmission flash X Pipe JB4 Stock T-Maps The tune is powerful using low boost, doesn't go above 21 PSI at full throttle. The issue I'm having is that I keep getting a TMAP short circuit to B+ at full throttle around 3rd to 4th gear. It then throws the car into limp mode. I'm running MAP 0 on the JB4 as all I'm using it for is to log for now. I've removed the JB4 and it still does the same thing. I'm adding a couple of logs when it has done this: |

Is it possible that you've reached the limits that your TMAP sensor can read? On the N55 anyways, this is why tunes like MHD can optionally make use of the TMAP sensor from the N20, which can read higher.

Naw, stock TMAPS can handle up to 26PSI before failing. I also tried the 3.5 TMAP and adjusted the JB4 to 1. But my tune was build on a 2.5 TMAP curve so it ran sluggish and still did the same thing. So I returned the stock ones and it ran strong again but under full throttle it did it again 🤬
