Jerky acceleration when pushing down gas

I’m not sure who else experiences this but I’ll try to explain it as detailed as possible to get the best suggestions. My 2012 550i responds pretty decently considering i recently cut off my resonator and mufflers. I Notice no matter when in comfort, comfort +, sport, etc.. that my car shakes/ jerks when I accelerate. For example when I enter the free way or try to push my foot on the gas I notice my car jerking aggressively. This only happens for the first 4 seconds or so then continues to go to normal. Only time when I don’t really experience this is when I put it in manual mode and use my paddles. Recently just changed all 4 o2 sensors and currently in the process of ordering an auxiliary water pump. Not sure what this issue could be as I have been dealing with it for a couple months. It drives me pretty crazy and I don’t want to eventually damage my engine or transmission. I thought it was maybe my driveshaft bearings, transmission or maybe something with the engine. Anything helps guys thanks!
