Aftermarket M-Sport
Hi I own a 2016 BMW 528i with every single package except cold weather and M-sport. It's the luxury line model with the imperial blue color. I installed an M-Sport steering with heating and I was wondering if I install front and rear M bumper would it increase the value of my car? I also installed a $1k BavSound sound system.

there's no increase in value for a car when you add aftermarket components. that's why most guys will sell their aftermarket parts before selling the car or trading it in

Been in auto sales for a few years now. Dealers don't give a shit what you put on your cars, it actually makes it less valuable for them because then they will usually want to source stock parts to retail it.

Will it increase value? No.
Will it make it more desirable and easier to sell compared to a car that does not have it and put you in a better negotiating position? Probably. So in a way you can get more (lose less) money for it when you factor that in. |
