Hey guys I have a 2011 550i that I wanted to sell but wanted to get some opinions from everyone. It had the engine replaced by BMW on there dime because of the class-action lawsuit. The engine blew about 90k on it on the freeway and I was gonna just part ways because of its age and miles didn't wanna put more money into it then what it is worth. But my dealer said BMW was gonna pay to replace it and give a warranty. Waited a year for it and finally got it back. Put about 5k miles on it sense the new engine also put new engine mounts drive line coupler drives like brand new, and still has its warranty. Whats gonna be the best way to sell it? Especially sense the new engine. To me that makes it have little more value. Wanna get good deal for it but not sit on it for a long time. Looking at getting another car is why wanna part ways with it now.

You should sell it in the forums, autotrader/ FSBO with the maintenance records and the fact that the major work has been done by BMW is a plus! There’s a market for the 550i and ppl want the models that have the new engine and warranty.
