110001 Cylinder Injection Issue

Okay so my 2011 535x died on the highway a couple weeks ago. Since then I have done quite a bit of maintenance on it. I replaced the LPFP, HPFP, Low Pressure Fuel sensor, Valve Cover Gasket, Oil Filter Housing Gasket and a bunch of odds and ends. Since then I was having an extended crank issue and misfire issue when cold. Car was throwing codes for the MAP sensor so I replaced that. Now I've traded my cold misfires for hot misfires / limp mode. Code from the JB4 is 110001 cylinder injection shutdown: too low pressure in the high pressure system. I will scan car after work and see if anything else has been tripped besides what the jb4 shows but I'm kind of at a loss here. It ran fine before I had the fuel pump go out on the highway. I'm not sure if I'm having an injector issue or what. Any thoughts?

Okay after some more driving I’m also getting 11A002 Fuel Pressure Below Target. Whats interesting is I switched to map 0 and no longer had any issues. Could this be an issue with the JB4?

**edit**

Went for another spirited drive and ended up getting 118401 Mixture Control AFR too Lean and 11A002 Fuel Pressure Below Target. This happens in Map 0 and Map 1. Not too sure what's going on. Looks like my fuel pressure drops off at the end. Again I have a brand new HPFP, LPFP and low pressure fuel sensor. The lean code has me curious. I wonder if I somehow cracked the charge pipe? Or maybe I'm pushing air past the new MAP sensor o-ring? Name: IMG_2202.jpg

Took the car for another drive tonight, still getting extended cranks however it drives fine under light / moderate load. In both Map 0 and Map 1. I checked vacuum lines and rail pressure sensor plug. Checked my charge pipe for cracks too. No dice.

I was still having this issue until this weekend. Attached is a log I took of the fuel pressure dropping off with the throttle. Car long cranks sometimes it would idle terribly for about 30 seconds then sometimes it would miss bad at low rpm. Other times it would drive fine until it was warm and I could even get some good pulls in. Usually about the 4th or 5th pull I would get limp mode and some codes. This weekend I checked everything over, un plugged and re plugged the fuel sensors, and threw some seafoam in the tank for good measure. After driving for a couple days with the seafoam it appears to be getting better. Yesterday on my way home I only got limp mode once. After I restarted the car and cleared the codes I drove the rest of the way hitting it pretty hard with no issues. I have a new rail fuel sensor to throw in for good measure. I still occasionally feel a little hiccup here and there but its drastically better then before. My two running theories are that I got some dirt / debris in the fuel system when I had it apart and maybe adding the seafoam is helping to clean it out or maybe I got some bad gas from somewhere. Anyways my issue seems to be subsiding. I still have an extended crank however that could be a completely unrelated issue. Going to throw the new sensor in at some point and go from there.
